Today I thought I'd talk a little about Lapsang; a pattern by Clare Devine, as part of the Tea Party collection. She has also blogged today about the story of this lovely pattern
HERE.

This is my second Lapsang (Raveled
HERE); it took me about four hours to make.. So it's one that you can come back to over and over again. Need a gift for tomorrow? Cast on tonight, and you can have it blocked overnight, ready for tomorrow. Awesome!

The yarn I used is the same as in my previous post (and I'm sure will feature in many, many more) - it's Whitfell Chunky in the lovely new Steel shade. It's
HERE if you're interested. Note: Should you want to make, say,
five hats in this yarn, you'll get 10% off your shopping cart when you add five or more 100g skeins (this is a permanent thing).

There's a
Tea Party KAL happening over in Clare's group on Ravelry as well, for more handknit-hat-enabling (which I wholeheartedly condone).
Thats an awesome hat! You have serious talent.
I love this hat, where do I find the pattern? You are very talented and a joy to follow!
Thankyou! The link to the hat pattern is in the first paragraph of the blog post.
