This listing is for Pendle Aran, our beautiful hand dyed merino ara yarn, dyed to order in the quantity and colourway(s) you request - designed so that you can get sweater quantities (or more). We will dye this to order for you so that you have all one dyelot; we aim to ship the yarn within two to three weeks of your order being placed. If you order pre-order yarn with yarn that is in stock we will ship all items together once the pre-order yarn is ready.

Pendle Aran is a fantastic all-round machine washable pure merino yarn which is squishy, smooth and soft whilst retaining a bouncy and hard wearing quality. It shows off stitch patterns and cable details well, and we love it for knitting as well as crochet.

100% superwash extrafine merino

(although we recommend handwashing all handknits/crochet if possible)

We recommend that you wash dark colours separately or wash a swatch before using dark and light colours together.

As with all hand dyed yarns, I would recommend that you use two skeins at a time, alternating from each one every couple of rows/rounds (unless it's a one-skein project).
