A good time to be British

Here in the UK recently we haven't had too much to feel patriotic about. However with the recent birth of the new prince and the upcoming nuptials of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle I can't help but feeling a little pride swelling up inside me. I have especially loved the excited reactions of people visiting from abroad to the news of the new arrival. Pattern release: Dubonnet

For those who haven't seen it yet, Dubonnet is Thea Colman's latest cardigan release, and it uses ECY Oakworth DK (superwash Polwarth wool). Thea's original sample is shown in colourway Coppice, with the pockets in Falling Leaves.    I hadn't had time to schedule in extra dyeing for the release date, so we ran pre-orders on ten batches of Oakworth DK - there is still some yarn available right now HERE.    And for US customers, you can pre-order Oakworth DK (or order from their current stock) from Yarn Culture, which I am in the middle of dyeing right now....
