Nateby 4ply: Projects and Patterns using our silver sparkly sock yarn with lurex
This blog post is designed as a useful resource for inspiration for Nateby 4ply. There are projects that use it, and patterns that call for it. It's so handy to have all this in one place! Just FYI - there are no links to Ravelry here. We've linked to patterns and projects that are available to purchase/view elsewhere. If they're only available on Ravelry we will say that, but not link to it. Nateby 4ply is a luxurious blend of superwash merino giving softness, nylon for durability and a strand of silver lurex large enough to sparkle without being scratchy. It's got...

This blog post is designed as a useful resource for inspiration for Coniston Fingering. There are projects that use it, and patterns that call for it. It's so handy to have all this in one place! Just FYI - there are no links to Ravelry here. We've linked to patterns and projects that are available to purchase/view elsewhere. Introducing Azalea: a new shade of Milburn
Nearly two years ago (!) we announced that four shades of Milburn would be replaced. We are so excited to now announce that the final new shade is Azalea. Azalea is a light, zingy pink with a hint of coral. You may be wondering about the choice of another pink to add to the palette but I feel like this is a proper pinky pink. Introducing: Titus Fingering-weight merino/silk hand dyed yarn
It’s time to introduce our latest new hand dyed yarn! I have been working on this for a few weeks, making sure that it’s as good as it sounded, so here we are!  The new yarn is Titus Fingering. I’m sure many of you will be familiar with my Titus range - I’ve had Titus 4ply for the full ten years that I’ve been in business. Its name harks back to a time before I started taking name inspiration from local places so it sort of doesn’t fit in with the brand any more, but it’s such an...
Introducing: the need for tweed, with Keswick Fingering and Keswick DK yarns
Introducing… the need for tweed!  At this point you may have already heard of two of our new (for 2020) yarns - Keswick Fingering, and Keswick DK. They debuted in June and I did a Shedcast episode about them, so this blog post is to go with that. It’s not a direct transcript because I find that typed up blog posts work better following their own narrative, but I will make sure I cover everything that I covered in the video in case you cannot watch it. Firstly, let me tell you exactly what it is - it’s 85%...
